Principal’s Welcome:

Fáilte romhaibh go léir go dtí Scoil Assaim BNS.  We are a senior boys school catering for boys from 2nd - 6th class.  Scoil Assaim was established in 1958.  Our school is a caring community, a place where every pupil is valued equally.  We adopt a holistic approach, giving our students the opportunity to develop many different facets of their lives.  We provide opportunities for the students to get involved in many different activities in order to help them develop new interests, skills and friends.  We have built a good relationship with our parents and wider community in order to work together for the benefit of our students.

Kevin Gillen - Principal, Scoil Assaim BNS

School Ethos:

Scoil Assaim is a primary school under the patronage of the Catholic Archbishop of Dublin.

• Our duty of care to pupils and staff is fulfilled to the best of our ability and in line with statutory responsibilities.

• Our practices reflect our belief in our Catholic community and are inspired by the Gospel values of care, respect, dignity, compassion, love and forgiveness.

• The physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of the school community is safeguarded

• An emphasis is placed on promoting pupil participation and active engagement in their learning and in the life of the school
